Lee Cronin was very helpful in negotiating a good price for my house. It was a quick sale and for more than the asking price. Moving is very disruptive, yet she was able to negotiate a longer stay for me in the house. This helped me with time to make it easier to prepare my tenant for her move since she had a lease that would expire two months after the house sale. She also helped me find reputable movers for a cross country move. All this provided for an easier transition. During this four month process, Lee was always very professional and helpful.
